No additional costs are charged to VTubers unless the work is required under the following conditions.
Tier 3 ໒꒱ x1 of the total price. non-profit artwork (e.g. icons and headers for social media, wallpapers, etc).Tier 2 ໒꒱ x1.5 of the total price. artwork for monetized platforms. promotional illustrations (e.g. game or CD cover, cosmetics packaging, twitch loading screen, etc).Tier 1 ໒꒱ x2 of the total price. artworks directly for products such as stickers, key charms, postcards, phone cases, etc.

work process ♰
An invoice will be created via PayPal with details of the commission to clarify the base price + possible additional costs.Once the payment has been made, a link to my online to-do list will be provided to the client so they can see the commission's status. Even so, as many updates of the illustration as the client wants will be sent to them.The delivery date of illustrations can fluctuate between 1 and 2 months approximately. If you require the drawing to be completed on a specific date, please indicate this before proceeding with the payment. An additional charge will be required depending on the requested date.Once the commission is completed, a Google Drive folder will be created and delivered with the final versions of the project.

I only accept payments through PayPal and in USD.The full payment of the commission is required before starting to work on it.Payment plans are accepted only for commissions over 200 USD.The full refund is only accepted if the work has not yet started. Otherwise, the proportional amount of what has already been done will be refunded.I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I am personally unable to complete the order.

The use of my works for AI learning, realization, and sale of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) is strictly prohibited for the commissioner and any other person.As the artist, I keep the right to publish the illustration on my social media, as well as use it in my portfolio, unless otherwise discussed with the client previously.As stated previously in the COMMERCIAL USAGE section, Vtubers won't need to pay extra to use the artwork on non-profited social media (ex. Twitter and Instagram). Credits to the artist are required.

You are only buying a digital illustration, therefore you won’t receive any physical format of the piece.Significant modifications to the drawing can only be made during the sketching process. (ex: pose, background, outfit). Any major change once the illustration is finished will be subject to an additional cost.
